Fresh Clash Between Security Agents And Shiite Members In Abuja (Photos)

Another Pandemonium broke today in the Wuse 2 area of Abuja , the Federal capital territory, following fresh clash between members of the Islamic Movement of Nigeria aka Shi’ites and security agents.

The clash comes barely 24 hours after some members of the sect and security agents including police and the Army, clashed in nyanya, leaving as many as 5 people dead.

The number of casualties from today’s clash is yet unknown. The sect members are amongst other things, demanding the release of their leader, Ibrahim El-Zakzaky who has been in detention since December 2015, following a similar clash his members had with the Army in Zaria, Kaduna state.
